California Food, Land & People supporters come in many forms:

• the dedicated volunteers who lead and support the coalition
• the numerous educators who share Resources for Learning with their students
• the generous donors who contribute funds to allow CA FLP to carry out its mission of educating Californians about the interdependence of food production, environmental quality, and the sustainability of human cultures.

As Norman Borlaug, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate and former FLP board member has stated: "Americans have no idea where their food comes from. That must be changed."

CA FLP is fortunate to have a family of supporters from the communities of agriculture and the environment, the food industry, education, business, and others, who support the organization's educational mission.

Every attempt is made to keep operating costs low so donated funds can go directly to teacher workshops and disseminating Resources for Learning in California classrooms and other educational settings. CA FLP volunteers actively participate in regional and national conferences by exhibiting, offering workshops, and building positive dialogue with representatives of agriculture, the environment, and education.
